Why defense attorney is confident Trump will violate gag order

This is kind of a double edged sword for the prosecutor. On one hand, they don't want Trump threatening or intimidating witnesses, prosecutors/court personnel or potential jurors. On the other hand, the more Trump talks, gives interviews, the more ammo prosecutors get to put Trump & Co. in jail and/or destroy their lives once and for all. Trump is not going to stop, so they will start with fines, change terms of release, or have him spend time as a guest of the Feds – and not in the White House.

Imagine being Secret Service Agent protecting this man. How many have asked to transfer from the detail? He sounds like a child pleading to his mother how well behaved he was and such a good boy

He’s calling out, Bell play so we can have another insurrection. He’s instigating problems because of his big ego and he doesn’t believe in keeping the law he thinks he’s above the law.

Not going to happen . Trump is still covered by the first amendment is all other American citizen. Rules are rules and the first amendment is the Supreme rule of our republic.

Listening to this conversation, it is really too late – Trump already named them, time and again. And if they don't want to be in the public eye, they should have not attempted this political persecution. What this former Federal Prosecutor is saying, does NOT sound like a potential deterrent. Are you going to fine, Trump. He's got plenty of money to burn. And if they continue on this route of silencing him, they will only look more heavy handed and more guilty of robbing him from his 1st amendment rights.
