Wow, how many writers working on that skit and no one had ever heard of de-banking practices that are increasingly being used illegally by governments as a weapon against private citizens, the Canadian Trucker protests, the lawsuits that have been won for this illegal activity, the protests going on Ireland to stop governmental overreach by de-banking free speech “offenders”?
And they’re making fun of Trump in an effort to show that he is out of touch?
Seems backwards. And just goes to show how limited their pool of resources has become from only getting their material from main stream media. They literally don’t even know what’s going on in the world. That’s sad and a low point for SNL. They are either grossly out of touch, or have continued down the path of becoming no more than tools for the main stream media machine now.
Also there is this thing called “Google” – took two seconds to pull up the definition for de-banking, and there is even a Wiki page dedicated to it. Too bad no one bothered to work for that joke. Seems a bit lazy really.
They have the PERFECT President to mock in office! He is a comedians DREAM President. Unfortunately the DICTATORSHIP they live under won't let them go there.
SNL calls out a Trump gaff that wasn't a gaff, while Biden opens his mouth with several gaffs/per/minute that are real and very serious.

The problem is that 95% of SNL's audience is totally clueless that "de-bank" is a legitimate term and have bought into SNL's propaganda. They win.

It's sad how Biden has REAL and LEGITIMATE social guffaws and the best SNL can do is (try) to make up ones about Trump that aren't even true (while making yet another social guffaw in the process). Biden (and SNL) make the famous Dan Quayle "potato blunder" look like NOTHING in comparison. SNL is beyond the pale embarrassing.
