‘Think You’ll Be Happy’ takes tragedy and moves it into purpose, says author

Author Nicole Avant discusses honoring her mother’s life in the book ‘Think You’ll Be Happy.’ Avant’s mother Jacqueline was shot and killed in her home when her daughter was in the middle of writing a self-help book. Avant then decided to take the book and make it a celebration of her mother’s life.

    I've maintained that 'grief' has an expiration date, and I've also been told I don't know what I'm talking about. I have had grief, and it does lessen, not forgotten. A person cannot hang onto grief, because it keeps making neural connections that you 're-live' that event. I think that forgiveness is for me, not the person who hurt me. It takes time to get through all the emotions, but you will.

    🦆It has already been Proven that Anthony Blinken is a Liar, that he Lied about Hunter Biden's Laptop also getting 51 intel agents to lie about Hunter's Laptop and this was election interference. If Blinken had not lied Trump would have won. MSNBC does not mind working with a Liar like Blinken or anyone who would lie about Hunter's Laptop or Donald Trump.
