What a joke!!
High functioning people often do not remember the “minute” details of their lives because they are always pushing forward to the next task, event, obligation- which is sad- they miss being in the “moment” Ms Fani not recalling the details of various trips- 😢hit home hard- because sometimes my own kids or ex husband will reference a trip 5 years ago & I am clueless about those details – she probably worked while on “vacation” also. Women have to work twice as hard to wear the same suit.

I listened to this testimony on the day she gave it, listened to all the nonsense after, and I’m listening again. She said NOTHING incriminating, and lots of the claims of what she said are NOT things she said. I highly urge everyone listening to Merchant’s lies and the speculation in this case go back and listen closely to this interview again. She said nothing incriminating not that can prove she perjured herself here. The only thing one can say or prove is maybe she didn’t’ pay her way with cash…but, how can anyone prove that is a lie, especially when her server in California said she paid him CASH, which proves she didn’t lie about that! Folks are expecting her to lose her job based upon this, but, nope…as hot and inappropriate as she was on the stand with her long explanations, she didn’t incriminate herself.
