Ew gross. These little peasants should know their places. Outrageous that they're asking for more of the fruits of own labor !

Employers really need to fire them all & make factories into little Chinese sweat shops – so the Shareholders & CEOs can make more profits ! That'd b way better. Masters know best, don't think for yourselves and definately don't stand up for yourselves.

Def not. Surfs need to Submit ! lol

Ford has $94 billion dollars of outstanding debt, but only brought in $4 billion dollars of net income in for the 12 months ending June 2023. This guy should really do his homework before he just starts believing stuff because Iong term Ford can't even afford to pay their current wages without increasing income.

💰💰#CEO pay have been up 40 over PERCENT the last couple of years💰💰

in the last decade these #companies made a QUARTER OF A TRILLION DOLLARS in PROFIT

in the last six months alone they made 21 BILLION DOLLARS in PROFIT

in the last four years the price of cars went up 30 percent

"no one said a word no one had any complaints about that, but now, God forbid that #workers actually asked for their fair share of equity in the fruits of #Labor and the product they produce and all of a sudden it's the end of the world…"

    [#Autobailout] in 2007-2008 …the #workers #helped SAVE Detroit by taking huge #concessions

[#UAW] going to get rid of #pensions [and] move over to these crappy 401ks

    [#autoworkers conceded] pay raises

[#autoworkers conceded] to get worse health #insurance

…what the UAW is saying now is that okay we did that. Now we're back to massive profitability so bring us back in.

America stands with the UAW, not the CEO and corporate executives. Trickle down economics was a lie and finally the working masses are seeing first hand that the lie resulted in a huge wealth gap. Many of us in other industries scared to unionize find strength in what the UAW is doing. Things are changing.

We can thank Reagan and his BS "Trickle Down" economics which we all know is a gusher up of money for grossly overpaid CEOs and shareholders. Its just getting more ridiculously expensive to live here while the wealthy greedy fat cats live in luxury at the workers expense who make that happen suffer financial hardship. It's long overdue to stick up corporate America's asses!!!!!

They complain but they agreed to their own pay through negotiations.

Those experienced auto workers screwed new employees

The only way FORD would be bankrupt giving in to the legitimate demands of all the Unions is if the C-class Executives do not back off of their overall Percentage take Profiteering of the gross income of these companies. As the Companies dollar Numbers of gross income have increased the Percentage-take of the Workers has Decreased Drastically and the C-class Executives PERCENTAGE Take of that gross income has Exponentially Skyrocketed.
The Adjustments HAVE TO come FROM Where It Was Diverted To in increasing Percentage steps Year After Year AFTER YEAR.

These lazy slobs want a welfare program …no defined pension benefit plan … no 46% increase … and certainly no 4 day work week … if these losers want socialism then they should move to a socialist country and see how that goes – by the way executive compensation has nothing to do with line work wage improve your own lives and move up don't become just another group think sheep in the herd wasting your life away in the union hall … the union hall makes me want to hurl just thinking about it … good examples of moving ahead – the former migrant farm worker who is now in astronaut or the former sanitation worker who graduated harvard law get real and chart your own course

Lets take a look at this pay raise, they want / asking for 40%, and I for one sure hope they get it ! Now lets take a look a bit farther down the road so to speak. I'm pretty sure that the cost of that pay raise " 100% " will be passed on to the consumer ? What ? Wait a minute, that would be us ? How many think the price of a new automobile is Outrageous now ? Man, I can hardly wait to see what it is going to be ? KARMA BABY ! Embrace it ! I'd say if you want a raise, quit the Union / stop paying dues ! The price of the automobiles your making will be so high priced, hardly any will sell, less sales, less workers needed, = layoffs. Maybe you can get a $ 10.00 an hour job like most people ? How much of a pay CUT will that be to you ? Totally worth it ! Yep, keep paying that Union and remember biden is for and supports them, but then again so do you. Yep, I certainly hope you get everything your asking for. Best of luck !

Writers strike, Blue cross blue shield strike, UAW strike. This is a result of people needing more to live on. This is for the good of the entire country because when unions stand up for their people non union companies have to stand up and follow as well.

I guess I will be driving an old car or an overpriced car…. Not sure, maybe I go on strike and demand money because cars are more pricey now.
The problem is not the record sales. The problem is people demand more money and they skill set is still the same and all you doing is everything will go up and we are back where we were before. Get your money because you are worth more, because your skill sets are better, because you have more responsibility. Hopefully they get what they want and the cars price stay the same.

Please, hold off on this union strike UNTIL POTUS Biden is reelected! If not, it is a good chance the Republican candidate will get in, and then you can kiss your retirement pay and wage increases goodbye.

Just wondering, I am not trolling but what is the Average pay of an automobile worker. Not the starting pay but the worker established employee pay? Do you have benefits? And if I am not wrong you Also get profit sharing don't you?

I’m a UAW representative. We gave up our raises in 2006 because GM was in trouble. We were promised by the corporations we would get them back when they were profitable again. Management gave up nothing! The CEO at the time got a $20 million package to retire. We lost our cost of living and 3% annual raises. We went 10 years without a raise. Then we only got a total of 3% over 4 years. We have lost 30% of our wages over 17 years. During that same 17 years CEO and high level management have salaries have gone up over 1000%. Not only that, they have brought temporary employees in at $16 an hour and only allowed them to work 32 hours a week. When they become permanent, which can take up to 3 years or more, it takes them 8 years to get to top tier wages, which are still lower than those hired before 2007. New hires get reduced benefits and no pension. Our Temporary employees would have to work over 10 years to make what our CEO does in a week! The plant I work at has been on a 6 day mandatory work week for 7 years! We get no extra sick days and no extra vacation. The company closed down another US factory. They laid off thousands of workers and brought that product to my plant that was all ready having trouble keeping up with the product we had. They have eliminated jobs and put the work from those jobs on other line jobs, overloading our workforce. We are working twice as hard, more hours and 6 days a week for 30% less than we should be making and the temps are making 50% less than us. We aren’t just in a fight for the UAW, we are in a fight to save the middle class in this country. Please support Union members on the picket lines.

(Daniel 9:27 was fulfilled in August 13 2023 also when the woman began travailing in birth in order to fulfill the time of the gentiles for the mystery of Revelation 12 to be completed, Daniel 12:1 next, three riders released within 2020 and 2023. These words are true and worthy, he who has ears to hear let him hear.)

“And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?”

Gospel of Matthew, chapter 24, verse 3.

“And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.”

Gospel of Luke, chapter 21, verse 8 to 11.

“All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.”

Gospel of Matthew, chapter 24, verse 8 to 10.

“And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

Gospel of Luke, chapter 21, verse 25 to 28.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”

Gospel of John, chapter 3, verse 16 to 18.

“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.”

First Corinthians, chapter 15, verse 3 to 6.

“Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.”

    Acts, chapter 8, verse 22.

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Gospel of John, chapter 3, verse 3.

“From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

Gospel of Matthew, chapter 4, verse 17.

“After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.”

    Hosea, chapter 6, verse 2.

“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

Second Peter, chapter 3, verse 8.

“knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.”

Second Peter, chapter 3, verse 3 to 4.

“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.”

First Thessalonians chapter 5, verse 3.

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

First Thessalonians, chapter 4, verse 16 to 17.

“in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

First Corinthians, chapter 15, verse 52.

“I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.”

Gospel of Luke, chapter 17, verse 34 to 36.

You gotta love Joe Biden, he is doing the right thing here. Most people don't know, but the reason that a horrible person like Trump got elected in the first place is that many working class Americans are suffering and doing really bad, they have not had a raise in decades, thanks to inflation they now make less than they did back then. They voted for Trump as a protest vote, because for them it was clear that nothing would change with Hillary. These people work hard and do their part, yet the get abused and exploited and now it is time to right that. Business has ripped them off long enough, now they will get more of their fair share. I'm not a Trump supporter, not by far and with alarm I have noticed a Trump cult forming that many of these people belong to, with all the dangerous effect, but it is important to understand that these people are hurting by being severely underpaid.

Went out last night. UAW was a big topic. Majority of people at the bar, think unions are garbage. Common theme "unions protect the lazy and the ones that kiss up. UAW is about to strike themselves out of a job"

I worked for a UAW company. The old timers end up on a different pay tier. They make $30 per hour for doing nothing. People with 10 years make half that and newbies make make half of that.

Old timers would not take a pay cut so the business could attract younger help. Management (Bosch) shut down the entire company and sent the work to Germany.

    UAW is ran by idiots.
