I’ve seen Scarface. Cubans, like menendez, are born corrupt and violent. I didn’t know turley was a child rapist, until his house testimony.

It is funny when the United Citizens decision that Republicans LOVED comes back to slap them in the face. Menendez is 100% within his legal rights to exercise his "free speech" via bribes.

I get a kick out of the outrage by everyone commenting. Yet, we have a former VP and now President who has had an absolute blind eye turned by the DOJ. So all of you outraged, where is your outrage in those allegations as well? Oh… he is innocent, you say? Well, where is the investigation into the matter that clears him?! That's all i'm asking. You see, when it's the Clinton or the Biden CF's, it's all swept under the rug. But Trump could fart and and indictments land on a judge's desk by morning. It's sad the state of this country.

The public too has adjustments to make. We will need to expect more than Mr. Menendez has to offer. Since he has compromised his status as a US Senator, he will need to be replaced regardless of how the legal system performs.

Americans must learn to expect far more in terms of the leadership we can tolerate or deem 'acceptable'. We do not and should not accept a leader with the potential or proven criminal abilities that Mr. Menendez has demonstrated.

The best response from the public is to push him out of the other identity he once had, that being a US Senator in good standing. That ship has sailed, as they say. The best thing that could happen has already taken place, his arrest and processing through the criminal justice system.

Next, if the justice system has enough credible evidence to compel a guilty verdict from a jury trial, Mr. Mendez will need to report to a different authority and wear the uniform of a prisoner incarcerated for the appropriate sentence.

Mr. Menendez is exhibiting the thinking and criminal behavior that has led many millions of Americans toward and through our criminal justice system. The thinking accompanying his offender status attempts to deny any wrongdoing. He is pretending not to be a criminal and that he isn't capable of the criminal behavior he has engaged in. Additionally his brain is having a difficult time adjusting to the ongoing behaviors that led to his indictment(s) and revisiting of the unwanted identity of an 'offender.'

Mr. Menendez's problem is shared by all Americans, including those who get their helping of propaganda and misinformation from FOX (fake).

It is the first time I agree with Fox News. I wish their reporting on the insurrection (Trump and allies) was as clear cut as the report of a corrupt democratic politician.

Doesn't this mean he gets more Republican support, not less? You guys are sending me mixed messages
