He purposely appointed a government employee to the Special Counsel position (which is possibly illegal) – One who was already compromised and involved in unscrupulous delaying of charges and architecting a sweetheart deal for the gun charges against Hunter – This is by design to create another delay and block to the information that would indict the Hunter AND Joe.
Bottom line: The plan is to slow walk any investigation into a Dem, and fast track any investigations into a Republican. Any Dem that accidentally gets charged with anything will go to a district that is overwhelmingly Democrat. If miraculously convicted, they will be pardoned by Joe on his way out. If a Republican becomes President, Dems have a clean slate. If a Dem becomes President, America is essentially gone anyway.
So that means yes on the first question
