Since when is attacking witnesses, prosecutors and judges have to do with campaigning? Campaigning should be about the issues and problems we face in the country and how you plan to solve them. trump only lies and complains about his legal problems at his campaign rallies. He shouldn't be able to attack the legal system as part of his campaign platform. He doesn't have a platform he just accuses Biden of the things he's guilty of doing.

CNN why aren’t you reporting on the violent insurrection that took place November 4, 2023 at our nation’s capital? Not one report on fake news cnn , though if they’d been wearing Maga hats , cnn and the Dems wouldn’t be able to stop talking about it. It’s disgusting to see how America has turned into a third world country after Biden/Obama took office . And what took place at the White House yesterday and the fact that fake news is saying nothing about it speaks volumes!

They paid the loans back but in order to get the loan they lied and received special perks by over value of property worth and that lead to low interest rates . They wanted to wear the biggest pair of shoes but could walk in them and now they can't run in them caused they are falling down 👇.

Trump might be fired up to get on the stand Monday Nov 06 , the 6th of every month is trumps special date like Jan 06 . Trump will be confronted with legal documents and the state's Attorneys will bury him with the true facts about how him and his family blinked the lending institutions out of millions of dollars while operating businesses in New York .It would be nice if it was televised so the world could see and hear everything word for word so we all will know and the Trump can't say the case was dismissed .Trump with a doubt will say he was victorious after he come off the stand and exit the court room we all know that's how he rolls.

Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969) is a landmarked First Amendment decision because it establishes the “imminent lawless action” test, also known as the Brandenburg test. It remains the standard for courts analyzing government attempts to punish inflammatory speech. Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes’s “clear and present danger” test has rightfully fallen out of favor because it prohibited speech that should have been protected. Justice Douglas concludes that the classic example of ‘shouting fire in a crowded theater’ is the only instance where speech may be prohibited. That is because it is “speech brigaded with action.” Brandenburg appealed his conviction, citing violations of the First and Fourteenth Amendments. Ohio’s intermediate appellate court and Supreme Court affirmed without opinion. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear the case. Did Ohio’s Criminal Syndicalism statute violate Brandenburg’s right to freedom of speech under the First and Fourteenth Amendments? Yes. The Court reversed the Ohio Supreme Court’s decision. The Government cannot punish speech that advocates violence or violation of the law unless that speech (i) is “directed at inciting or producing imminent lawless action,” and (ii) is “likely to produce such action.” There is a marked difference between mere advocacy (which is protected speech) and inciting people immediately to commit violence (which is not protected speech). Ohio’s Criminal Syndicalism statute does make that distinction. Indeed, Ohio’s statute criminalizes mere advocacy as well as incitement and, therefore, violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments. Justice Black agrees with Justice Douglas’ concurrence that the “clear and present danger” test has no place in the Court’s interpretation of the First Amendment. Is Brandenburg v. Ohio still a good law in USA? – Importantly, the Court also established one of the most speech-protective legal tests in the world—concluding that, generally speaking, the government may not prohibit speech unless it is directed to and likely to cause immediate lawless action. Brandenburg remains good law today. Is Trump's speeches liken to ‘shouting fire in a crowded theater’ ? Yes. It is speech brigaded with action. Trump' speech or speeches is 'directed at inciting or producing imminent lawless action,” and (ii) is “likely to produce such action.” Thus, one example is what he said on the Jan. 6th incident. His people supporters went into action. Illegal. TRUMP should be legally GAGGED. And he should be held in contempt when he violates court's order(s) and remanded to JAIL to be released ONLY after the elections if he wishes as the courts determines it.
