Dunno why people are so upset about this. Didn't damage the portrait at all as its behind a glass so everything is fine. No one was hurt either. A misdemeanor if anything. If you look at the background you'd notice there were other large paintings that weren't protected where they could've damaged that but they didn't. I rather they do this than the alternative.
