He can't be President. Ron DeSantis of Florida. The finances on Florida haven't been smartly used. Homes should have been lifted 6(six) feet from the insurance money received by the American people. With that, the law should have been passed once an area becomes as a FLOOD area that you lift your home 6(six) feet.
