There was a great documentary about coffee that obviously they took it down back in 2012 it was called the coffee conspiracy and it shows how coffee cause cancer and many other diseases that's why there's three or more coffeeshops per Block in NYC , when I watched that documentary I stopped drinking coffee

It's called caffeine addiction. That's why people always say don't bother me until I've had my coffee. Because they calm down after they have it.

It makes perfect sense that coffee calms your nerves. People always say that they are jittery in the morning, until they have their coffee.

So, with all the problems we have, I guess it was the number one priority to find out how coffee makes us feel.

Why does the government waste money on these ridiculous studies to prove what people already know?

I think it is true for me because often I told my friends When I can’t sleep, I drink a cup of coffee or tea before I go to bed. It doesn’t affect my sleep, but for some reason it helped me to sleep better it doesn’t make sense.

I suffer from insomnia due to pain, and when the sun comes up and I’m still awake, all I can say is UGH. At that point, I’ll go have a cup of “morning coffee” and it actually helps me to finally sleep. Strange, but true.

For your information, uppers are given to patients who are hipper to calm them down. So yes coffee is a relaxing drink with many purposes, in the morning wakes you up and in the middle of the day it gives you a boost and you can focus on your activities day, but at night times it helps you to fall asleep, so figured that out and don't forget if you have been drinking alcohol wakes you up and people that has been close to and drugs over dose has bring them back to live, so coffee is a wonderful God gift to humans to drink and enjoy.

I drink roughly 3-4 liters of coffee a day for years. I don't get the jitters and it doesn't keep me awake at night. I agree with this study.
