Idk why grown men were acting like fake version of my kid at the train while a bunch of ppl were tracking my periods and a bunch of other men lynching and literally physically attacking me today. My guess is bc criminals were enabled excessively this last decade and I expect New Mexico leaders to help resolve it. Thanks & pleased you are in office.

In my opinion, the Governor should be arrested in attempts to suspend a constitutional right without calling Marshall law.
“When rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” Miranda vs. State of Arizona, 384 U.S. 436,491 (1966).

People v. Battle “Persons faced with an unconstitutional licensing law which purports to require a license as a prerequisite to exercise of right… may ignore the law and engage with impunity in exercise of such right.”

“It is the duty of the courts to be watchful for the Constitutional rights of the citizen and against any stealthy encroachments thereon. (via statutory law)” Boyd vs. U.S., 116 U.S. 616 (1889)
Definition of impunity: exemption or freedom from punishment, harm, or loss

    16th Americana Jurisprudence 2d., section 98.
“While an emergency cannot create power, and no emergency justifies violations of our provisions of the United States Constitution of the United States of America. No emergency has just cause to suppress the Constitution or the People at large and unalienable rights. "
    16 Americana Jurisprudence 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256
"The general misconception that any statue passed by legislators (countys/cities) bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The United States of America Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and any statue to be valid must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and law violating it to be valid, … one must prevail in any Court. "
    16th Americana jurisprudence 2d., Section, 155,.
… "It is the duty of the courts to declare that the Constitution and not the statute, governs in cases before them for judgment"

If the goveners Chose to disarm the American citizens , they should not be allowed to have any state or local police to provided protection for them and or thier familys . Then we the people will may feel thier pain. That will not mean that we should be disarmed. Idiots elected by liberal idiots dosent Trump the second amendment rights of people.

The penalty for treason in the United States is death, or not less than five years' imprisonment, with a minimum fine of $10,000, if not sentenced to death. Any person convicted of treason against the United States forfeits the right to hold public office in the United States

Arrogant and dangerous on her part that she deems herself having the discretion and power to suspend any constitutional right regardless of the time frame, whether “temporary” but indefinite or permanently. This would mean all constitutional rights can be suspended in this arbitrary fashion.
