If you care about Humanitarian and Palestinians worries about occupation, the easiest solution would be setup refugee camp in Israel. Israel has a total responsibility if they wanna make sure Hamas is finish. Israel in history did say, "Palestinians will back to their home after war, we will not occupy." but again Israel fail to keep their promise. In terms of Humanitarian and to make sure no occupation will happen, the easier way would be set up Palestinians refugees camp city in Israel, guided by UN and lead by Arab Saudi army. If Israel refuse to set up refugee camp city in Israel, it meant it is not self defence but war to occupation. Also, if refugees camp city built in Israel, it could de escalate the war intensity, it is good for getting peace for Israel as well.
