Biden learned how to be president under Obama.
Then-AG Eric Holder described himself, in public, as Obama's wing-man. Obama also abused his power regarding the IRS and other federal agencies, including the FBI against General Flynn during the transition.
Even aside from that, you don't need to prove Joe Biden ordered Garland to obstruct Weiss's investigation, or to orchestrate a selective political prosecution against Trump.
If he did those things, the ONLY thing one can reasonably infer is that he did them to please his boss. It's still a corruption of justice on Garland's part.
He made a major slip by commenting selectively on the process whilst trying to argue that convention ptevents him on commenting. By opening that door, Oversight should walk through it and hold him in contempt if he fails to respond fully to their due process questions. Garlands argument is patently absurd:

He says he’s not involved in either the Hunter Biden or the Trump cases. What specific case IS he involved in that he can cite that has his focus and attention more than either of those? The answer is nothing I suspect.

Fox acts like this is big news. Many of us already know how corrupt these government money and power grabbers are and we know they will never be held accountable by the legal system. There is little to no honesty and integrity revealed in our government as corruption is strewn throughout.
