Why can't the Congress Fund Social Security with Billions Instead of Billions Going To Ukraine???

Please, Congress did not fail. It was the Buden's administration with their EV and Green New Deals projects that failed the people with their inflation rate. House Speaker McCarthy and majority of the team members were able to reduce the spending from what I heard at a 30% rate. That's admirable for the Republican party to only take over the House in less than 10 months, and House Speaker McCarthy has accomplished so much more in that short time. I would like to hear the opinion from the Vice President Pence, will Mr. Varney invited him to discuss this issue? That would be awesome.
