Hearing a story about a shoplifter reminds me of a story about Joe Biden from a few years ago. I read that Joe went into a men's clothing store and tried on a $1500 vest and walked out without paying for it. When the owner confronted Joe about paying for it, Biden said to just consider it a campaign donation.
