I don’t understand why Biden and his Administration are testifying and not refusing to do so like President Trump and his. It seems like they believe they have nothing to hide and might be 100 percent innocent. President Trump said during the 2016 election only the guilty refuse to testify and plead the 5th.

The Attorney General is part of the Executive Branch of the Government of the United States. However, if it is not administering justice fairly, the House of Representatives and the Senate have a duty to investigate the Attorney General, and impeach him or her if he or she is biased in decision-making.
Personally, I feel that the position needs to be abolished because it gives the President too much power.

Why in the world would we not have outside special counsel? That's the law. David Weiss, has a very Biased Opinion. Look at the plea deal that he gave hunter Biden. Weiss has already been paid out.
